WHAT IS TOUR GUIDE SEVILLE?
It is a team of official tour guides formed and handpicked by Ricardo Carmona Suárez. They offer private guided tours to visitors of Seville. They all have a great experience and are passionate about their work.
WHO IS RICARDO?

I am a historian born and educated in Seville. I am an ambassador of my land, Andalusia, and my city, Seville. I am a passionate tour guide of history and of the wonderful monumental heritage that the various civilizations that have passed through this crossroads have left us. To know me better you can see my CV.

DO YOU DO GROUP VISITS?

No. We can work with groups already formed but will always be a private service just for you and your family/friends. There will be no strangers joining in our group. Our guided tours are private but if you want to share the tour costs with other visitors you can organize your own private group using travel sites such as the TripAdvisor forums or Cruisecritic. You have to consider that it would be a group created by you, as we cannot create groups. Our fees refer to the full tour and do not depend on the number of participants. A solo traveller must still pays for the full tour amount, or find tour mates to share costs. We do not add extra members to the guided tours.

DO YOU CANCEL TOURS BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER?

We do not cancel tours. We realize tours always when it is humanly-physically possible.

WHEN CAN I CONTACT YOU?

The fastest and safest ways to contact us are e-mail and Whatsapp. I will do my best to answer you within a maximum time of 24 hours. If you prefer to contact me by phone, I will personally answer you if I am not working at +34 659 02 11 88.

HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS AND WHAT ARE THE FEES?

My tours have different durations. In the section Fees you can found more information.

WHAT IS THE TOUR SCHEDULE?

For tour start time in the morning we recommend starting at 8.30 am or 9.00 am. For afternoon tours, however, we recommend starting between 14.00 pm and 15.30 pm. However, we suggest not to choose hours for guided tours in the afternoon during the Sevillian summer, may be too hot.

WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT?

The meeting point is to be agreed with the client upon reservation, in order to be able to offer a custom service. Our fees include pick up points anywhere within the city limits. Your hotel or your address in town will often work as meeting point. Whatever is more convenient for you! (Pick up in suburbs or airport not included, only historic center).

HOW LONG ARE THE WALKING DISTANCES?
Walking distances depends a lot on each itinerary. We suggest you check the tour description and consider that walking issues and use of wheelchair can force us to reduce a bit the itinerary. If you slow down the pace of the tour upto the point that there is no time to visit everything in the plan, the service still has to finish at the agreed tour ending and you will not be entitled to any sort of compensation. Please, consider booking extra time if you feel your pace is slower or if you want to make the itinerary more slowly.
CAN I STOP SHOPPING DURING THE TOUR?
We don’t plan gift-shop stops during the tours. We suggest you to shop after the tour is over but it’s usually easy to improvise a stop at some point. Please note that too many stops will definitely affect the timing of the itinerary, causing your guide to speed up or to shorten the tour.
HOW TO GET TICKETS AND SKIP THE LINES?

Entrance fees are not included. We are entitled to skip lines in museums and monuments. However, sometimes the official guides gate of the Alcázar and the Cathedral is busy, so we suggest to prepay admissions online or let us buy them for you.
